LKW Architect was founded in 2010 with Lexi Kolt-Wagner as the Principal-in-charge. The office is located in the heart of the Kawarthas, thirty minutes north-east of Peterborough. The firm provides architectural and urban design services to a wide range of corporate, municipal and private clients. In addition, it provides creative visions and expertise for interior design to a discerning clientele.

As a sole proprietor, Lexi has been able to use her more than 25 years experience gained working for some of Toronto’s most notable architectural firms to design several successful projects in Peterborough and the surrounding area.

Completed projects include a range of building types such as commercial, light industrial, residential and work environments. The common approach taken on all projects is to develop a collaborative relationship with the client and stakeholders. Each project strives to connect with the surroundings whether rural or urban through careful choices of materials, lighting and thoughtful interior and exterior detailing.

Lexi is a member of The Ontario Association of Architects and The Royal Institute of Architecture. She is also a member of the The Canadian Green Building Council and is a LEED certified professional. Her membership in The Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce allows her to stay in touch with the key issues affecting her local community.
